Heard learned advocate Shri Sunil Parikh for the petitioner.
Each of the petitions challenges the award passed by the Claims Tribunal which are small awards. All awards are admittedly for less than Rs.10,000/-. Only on this ground, considering the smallness of the awards, these petitions are not required to be entertained making it clear that this order shall not come in way of the petitioners Insurance Company in pursuing its contentions in First Appeals filed challenging other awards passed by the Claims Tribunal and decided by common judgment.
Subject to the above observations, these petitions are dismissed.
