JUDGMENT / ORDER

(Per : HONOURABLE MR.JUSTICE JAYANT PATEL) Notice, returnable on 31.07.2012. Mr.Premal Rachh waives service of notice for the original claimants i.e. respondent Nos.2/1 to 2/5.
By interim order, it is directed that implementation and execution of the judgment and award of the Tribunal shall be stayed on condition that the applicant deposits the entire awarded amount together with interest with the Tribunal, before returnable date.
