JUDGMENT / ORDER

Rule returnable on 9th July, 2012.
It is made clear that in the meantime, if a request is made by the applicant that pursuant to the deposit of entire decreetal amount, no order regarding disbursement shall be passed, the trial Court shall consider the same in view of the fact that appeal is pending for consideration before this Court. Direct service is permitted.
