By way of ad-interim relief, the impugned judgment and award passed by the Tribunal concerned is stayed on condition that the applicant shall deposit the entire decretal amount along with interest with the Tribunal concerned before the returnable date. Orders regarding investment / disbursement of the above amount shall be passed on the returnable date.
