Rule.
Mr. Paresh Darji, learned advocate, waives service of rule on behalf of claimants and Mr. Hasmukh Thakker, learned advocate, waives rule for respondent No.8.
Heard learned advocate for the applicants in each of the applications and Mr.Paresh Darji, learned advocate for claimants/opponents in each of the applications.
Considering the averments made in paragraphs 2, 3 and 4 of each of the applications prayer to issue fresh Rule to unserved opponents through substitute service at the cost of applicants by affixing the copy in each of the cases is permitted and also to amend the address of un-served respondents wherever it is necessary.
The prayer in terms of paragraph 5 (a) and (b) is accordingly granted in each of these civil applications. Accordingly fresh Rule for substitution of service is issued making it returnable on 20.8.2012 in all main appeals in which the Civil Applications are preferred.
Civil Applications are disposed of accordingly.
Rule is made absolute in each of the applications.
