JUDGMENT / ORDER

(K.S.JHAVERI, J.) ORDER IN CIVIL APPLICATION Rule returnable on 27.02.2012. In the meantime, there shall be ad-interim relief in terms of paragraph 5(A) on condition that the applicant-appellant shall deposit the entire amount as per the judgment and award passed by the learned Tribunal. Further order on investment and disbursement shall be passed on the returnable date.
