JUDGMENT / ORDER

The issue regarding 'Pay and Recovery' is pending before the Larger Bench. Hence, the matter is adjourned to 07.05.2012. It is however, observed that the amount in question invested in the FDR vide order dated 12.07.2004 shall not be allowed to be withdrawn.
