Issue notice. The appellant may take steps to serve the respondents by registered post.
Until further orders, the execution of the impugned judgment and decree / award dated 11/3/2014 passed by M.A.C.T./Additional District Judge, Court No. 1, Chandauli in M.A.C.P. No. 86 of 2008 (Smt. Gudia and others Vs. Raju Associate and others) shall remain stayed provided the appellant deposits the entire amount of award within a period of four weeks. Any amount already deposited shall be given adjustment. The entire amount deposited shall be kept in a fixed deposit scheme in a Nationalized Bank yielding maximum interest.
Office is directed to remit back the statutory amount to the concerned Tribunal within four weeks.
