Having considered the submissions advanced by learned advocate Mr.R.D.Mehta for learned advocate Mr.Dakshesh Mehta for the appellant, so also considering the order passed by the Tribunal under Section 140 of the Motor Vehicles Act, the appeal requires consideration and hence, ADMITTED.
