The operation of the impugned award dated 25.04.2014 passed by the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal/Additional District Judge, Court No. 10, Unnao in M.A.C.P. No. 100/2012, Harish Chandra Sharma & another Vs. Anil Kumar Tuli and 2 others, shall remain suspended subject to condition that the appellant deposits the entire amount of compensation, after adjustment of statutory amount of Rs. 25,000/-, under award before the Tribunal within a period of eight weeks, which shall be kept in an interest bearing account of a Nationalized Bank for a period of two years.
Learned counsel for the appellant shall deposit the requisite amount for summoning the lower court's record as per Court Rules.
