1. Learned advocate for the appellant states that in compliance of the order dated 28/12/2012, the applicant - appellant has deposited an amount of Rs.8,38,687/- in Civil Application No. 14011 of 2012 and Rs.2,06,076/- in Civil Application No. 14012 of 2012, with proportionate costs and interest with the concerned Tribunal. Hence the ad-interim relief granted vide order dated 28/12/2012 is confirmed.
2. The Tribunal is directed to invest 80% of the above referred amount in cumulative Fixed Deposit(s) in any nationalized Bank in the name of the original claimants initially for a period of three years and such investment shall be renewed from time to time until the appeals are finally disposed of. The original FDR(s) shall be retained with the Nazir of the Tribunal. The Tribunal is further directed to disburse 20% of the amount deposited to the original claimants by Account Payee Cheque in the name of the original claimant(s) on proper verification in each matter. The Civil Applications are allowed. Rule is made absolute.
