ORDER:
This Civil Miscellaneous Appeal arises out of order dated 30-5-2008 in W.C.No.165 of 2005 on the file of the Commissioner for Workmen’s Compensation and Deputy Commissioner of Labour, Kadapa.
The Registry has placed before the Court, award dated 9-7-2014 of the Lok Adalat, which has been signed by both the parties. In view of the same, the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal stands disposed in terms of the said award.
