Order on Civil Misc. Correction Application No. 2 of 2021 This correction application has been filed praying for correction in the name of district in the interim order dated 21.09.2021.
A perusal of the memorandum of appeal shows that this appeal belongs to District, Jhansi. Therefore, the "District- Hapur"mentioned in the 4th line of 3rd paragraph of the order dated 21.09.2021 shall be read as "District - Jhansi".
The correction application is allowed.
This order shall be treated as part of the order dated 21.09.2021.
