ORDER:
This Civil Miscellaneous Appeal arises out of order dated 9-1-2009 in W.C.No.28 of 2008 on the file of the Commissioner for Workmen’s Compensation and Assistant Commissioner of Labour-I, Hyderabad.
The Registry has placed before the Court, award dated 23-7-2014 of the Lok Adalat, which has been signed by both the parties. In view of the same, the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal stands disposed in terms of the said award.
As a sequel to the disposal of the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal, interim order dated 3-6-2009 is vacated and CMAMP No.984 of 2009 is disposed of as infructuous.
