Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, it appears to us that there is an element of a settlement which may be acceptable to the parties.
Therefore, this is a fit matter for referring to Lok Adalat for settlement.
Accordingly, there shall be a direction to the Registry to transmit the papers to the A.P. High Court Legal Services Committee for placing before the Lok Adalat.
