ORDER:
This Civil Miscellaneous Appeal arises out of order dated 3-1-2005 in W.C.No.96 of 2004 on the file of the Commissioner for Workmen’s Compensation and Assistant Commissioner of Labour-II, Hyderabad.
The Registry has placed before the Court, award dated 23-7-2014 of the Lok Adalat, which has been signed by both the parties. In view of the same, the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal stands disposed in terms of the said award.
