Admit.
Issue notice to respondent nos. 1 to 5 by registered post acknowledgement due.
Steps to be taken within a week.
List this case for admission after the expiry of six weeks on the date fixed in the summons by which time, the said respondents may file a counter affidavit.
In the meanwhile, it would be open to the claimants to withdraw 50% of the amount as awarded by the Commissioner. The balance amount shall be kept in a Fixed Deposit, which shall be subject to the further order of this Court.
