Subject to the appellant depositing the entire amount awarded, including up to date interest, within a period of 30 days from today, the operation of the impugned award shall remain stayed.

75% of the amount deposited may be paid over to claimants without furnishing security. As regards the balance 25%, orders shall be passed in that regard after the exchange of the affidavits.

The statutory deposit made along with this appeal may be remitted back to the Tribunal, forthwith, for adjustment.
