1. Heard learned counsel for appellant and perused the record.
2. Right to recovery has already been given to Insurance Company by Court below and, therefore, we do not find any occasion for Insurance Company to file this appeal challenging judgment and award dated 22.12.2017 passed by Sri M.L. Chowdhary, Commissioner, Employees' Compensation Act/ Deputy Labour Commissioner, Moradabad.
3. Appeal lacks merit and is accordingly dismissed at the stage of hearing under Order 41 Rule 11 C.P.C.
