It has been stated by Mr.Mehul Shah, learned Counsel for the appellant, that the order of the Tribunal in MACP No.2108 of 1998 dated 16.6.2011 on the basis of which the impugned judgement and award has been passed by the Tribunal challenged in First Appeal No.3607 of 2011 and the said appeal has been admitted on 27.12.2011.
