Issue notice to the respondents returnable at an early date. The appellant may take steps to serve the respondents by ordinary post as well as by registered post.
Until further orders of this Court, the execution and operation of the judgment, order and decree dated 9.3.2012 passed by the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal/Additional District Judge, Court No. 5, Ghaziabad in M.A.C.P. No.330 of 2010, Prashant Kapil vs. Usman and others, shall remain stayed provided the appellant deposits 50% of the amount of award within four weeks and the claimant shall be entitled to withdraw the same. Any amount already deposited shall be given adjustment. The Registry is directed to remit the statutory amount to the concerned Tribunal within four weeks.
