JUDGMENT / ORDER

Interim order directs the appellant to deposit the entire amount awarded out of which half has been permitted to be withdrawn by the claimant without furnishing any security and the other half after furnishing security. In the event of default, it has been provided that the stay order would come to an end.
In view of above, I find no good reason to vacate the interim order. Stay vacation application is rejected. Stay order dated 7.8.98 is confirmed.
