Sri Dharmendra Kumar, Advocate, put in appearance on behalf of respondent nos. 1, 2, 3 and 4. Issue notice to respondent nos. 5 and 6. The appellant may take steps to serve the respondent nos. 5 and 6 by registered post.
Until further orders, the operation of the judgment and order dated 3.5.2014 passed by the District Judge, Kushi Nagar / M.A.C.T., Kushi Nagar in M.A.C. No. 35 of 2011 shall remain stayed provided the appellant deposits the entire amount of compensation within a period of four weeks. Any amount already deposited shall be given adjustment. Out of the amount deposited, the claimants shall be entitled to withdraw 50% of the amount and the remaining balance amount shall be kept in a fixed deposit scheme in a nationalized bank, yielding maximum interest.
Office is directed to remit back the statutory amount to the concerned Tribunal within four weeks.
