Insurance Company filed M.A.C.M.A.No.2888 of 2007 whereas the claimants filed M.A.C.M.No.3000 of 2007 challenging the judgment and award dated 17.05.2007 passed in O.P.No.236 of 2005 by the XV Additional Chief Judge-cum-I Additional Metropolitan Sessions Judge, Hyderabad.
When the matter is taken up for hearing, it is represented that M.A.C.M.A.No.2888 of 2007 filed by the Insurance Company has been settled in Lok Adalat vide Lok Adalat award dated 07.11.2013.
Recording the said submission, M.A.C.M.A.No.2888 of 2007 stands disposed of as such.
Consequently, M.A.C.M.A.No.3000 of 2007 filed by the claimants seeking enhancement of compensation becomes infructuous and accordingly the same is dismissed as infructuous.
There shall be no order as to costs.
Miscellaneous petitions pending in this appeal, if any, shall stand closed.
