Respondents Petition under section 30 of W.C. Act, aggrieved by the order passed by the Commissioner for Workmen’s Compensation and Asst. Commissioner of Labour-IV, at Hyderabad, in W.C. No. 16 of 2003, dated 25 2-2004, copy received on 4-3-2004.
The petition coming on for hearing, upon perusing the Petition and grounds filed herein, Order dated 28-06-2004 made in CMA.MP.No. 11716 of 2004, and upon hearing the arguments of Sri Kota Subba Rao, Advocate for the Appellant, and it is observed that there is no representation for the respondents since long time, the Court made the following.
ORDER:
Learned counsel Sri Kota Subba Rao, for the Appellant present. No representation for the Respondents since long time.
In the circumstances, call for information from the Commissioner for W.C. and Asst. Commissioner of Labour-IV at Hyderabad as to whether the respondents/Claimants had received the awarded compensation amount or not.
