HON’BLE SRI JUSTICE ASHUTOSH MOHUNTA AND HON’BLE SRI JUSTICE M. SATYANARAYANA MURTHY WRIT PETITION No. 12428 of 2014 ORDER : (per Hon'ble Sri Justice Ashutosh Mohunta) The short grievance of the petitioner is that the he has received two orders from the 2nd respondent dated 20.12.2013 (Annexure P-1) served on the petitioner on 24.03.2014 along with show-cause notices dated 27.09.2012 and 28.09.2012 (Annexure P-2) respectively.
2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the orders dated 20.12.2013 could not have been passed without affording reasonable opportunity to the petitioner to reply to the show-cause notices dated 27.09.2012 and 28.09.2012.
3. As the petitioner received the orders along with the show-cause notices, the orders dated 20.12.2013 (Annexure P-1) are set aside. The petitioner, if so advised, may file his reply to the show-cause notices dated 27.09.2012 and 28.09.2012 before the competent authority within a period of four weeks from today and on receipt of reply, the matter be decided in accordance with law, after affording reasonable opportunity to the parties concerned.
4. With the above direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
5. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
