The learned Tribunal in para 15 of judgement held that it is true that on the date of accident, opponent No.1 was not holding licence to driver motor cycle with great and Hero Honda which was being driven by him at the time of accident was motor cycle with gear. However, with a view to the enable Mr. Kakkad, learned advocate to show that person can drive the vehicle with gear, matter is adjourned to 09.05.2012.
