Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel.
Learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents states that subject to verification of all facts and contention on merits being left open, the complaint as made by the petitioner against the Gram Pradhan shall be duly evaluated by the District Magistrate and such further action, as warranted shall be taken in accordance with law and with due notice to the respondent nos.5 and 6 and other affected persons.
The petition consequently stands disposed of in light of the statement noted above.
