Heard learned counsel for the petitioners.
The petitioners are defendants in Original Suit No. 302 of 2017.
The grievance of the petitioners is that the Court is not finally deciding temporary injunction application 7C and is extending the interim injunction from one date to another, even though an objection has been filed by the petitioners.
Be that as it may, this Court considers it appropriate to dispose of this petition by giving liberty to the petitioners to move an application before the court concerned to decide application 7-C before proceeding further in the suit. If any such application is filed, the court concerned shall address the said application and take an appropriate decision.
