This writ petition has been filed praying for the following relief:
"(I) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the District Basic Education Officer, Kushi Nagar the second respondent to fix salary of the petitioner as juniors are getting.
(II) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the District Basic Education Officer, Kushi Nagar the second respondent to fix seniority of the petitioner by giving notional promotion as per order dated 23.1.2010 passed by Basic Education Officer, Kushi Nagar and pay the arrears of salary to the petitioner with interest.
(III) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the District Basic Education Officer, Kushi Nagar the second respondent to consider the grievances of the petitioner and pass appropriate order in the light of judgment and order dated 10.8.2017 passed by this Hon'ble Court in writ petition no.35677 of 2017 (Nagendra Shukla and 25 others Vs. State of U.P.) in accordance with law within short stipulated period."
Sri Pranesh Dutt Tripathi, learned counsel for the respondents No.2 and 3 submits that the grievance of the petitioner shall be considered by the respondent No.2 and an appropriate order in accordance with law, shall be passed, within a time bound period.
In view of the aforesaid, the writ petition is disposed of directing the respondent No.2 to decide the representation of the petitioner in accordance with law, expeditiously, preferably within three months from the date of presentation of a certified copy of this order along with a copy of the representation, after affording the petitioner and all concerned a reasonable opportunity of hearing.
