Notice for final disposal returnable on 29.03.2012.
Petitioner's advocate has invited this court's attention to the fact that originally in original license, there was permission to operate two bend saws- vertical and horizontal both. Now, as a result of appeal, only vertical bend saw is permitted to be operational, which is virtually made it impossible to carry out his business with the wood which has a greater jerk.
In view of this, it is expected of the respondents to file affidavit-in-reply, if any by the returnable date, or else the court may consider granting of appropriate interim relief permitting the petitioner to operate horizontal bend saw also.
Learned advocate for petitioner assures the court that copy of petition along with annexures be served to learned AGP for onward transmission and also submits that the notices will be served to respondents on or before 21.03.2012. Direct service is permitted today.
