JUDGMENT / ORDER

The learned advocate for the appellant/s is directed to take appropriate action qua the unserved/expired respondent/s within a period four weeks from today, failing which the matter will stand dismissed qua the said respondent/s. The matter is adjourned to 29.03.2012. It is, however, observed that if no action is taken qua the said respondent/s, the matter will be placed for further orders. In the meantime, R & P to be called for, if the same is not received so far.
