In view of the office reports dated 13.9.2018, 4.10.2018 and 10.10.2018, service of notice issued to petitioner nos. 1 to 6 and respondent nos. 2 to 6 to engage another counsel is deemed sufficient.
However, no one has appeared on behalf of the said parties.
Sri Archit Mehrotra, Advocate holding brief of Sri S.K. Mehrotra, counsel for the proposed party also states that despite repeated letters written to his client, they are not receiving instructions from the client.
In view of the aforesaid, the writ petition is dismissed for non- prosecution.
