This writ petition was filed by an adhoc Principal and the interim order was passed by this Court protecting his services till a regularly selected candidate comes to join the post in dispute.
Learned counsel for the petitioner states that he has no instructions in the matter right now. Therefore, petition is dismissed as instructions.
However, liberty is granted to the learned counsel for the petitioner to file a recall application in case something remains to be decided by this Court.
