Present revision has been filed against the order dated 4.4.2000 passed by the court of Special Judge, Dacoity Affected Area in S.S.T. No. 42/98 (Nathoo vs. Chotey and others) discharging the opposite party nos. 2 and 3.
There is delay of 212 days in filing the present revision. Notices were issued to the other side on the delay condonation application. The same duly served on the opposite parties.
No one is present from the other side.
On perusal of the affidavit filed in support of the delay condonation application, I do not find that the cause is sufficient to condone the huge delay of 212 days in filing the present revision. The delay condonation application is accordingly rejected.
Even otherwise, the revision has been filed against the order of discharge, whereby two Constables namely Balveer Singh and Greesh have been discharged.
From perusal of record I do not find any legal infirmity or jurisdictional error in the order impugned herein Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
Present revision is devoid of merit and is accordingly dismissed.
