The petitioner is a complainant. His grievance is that the respondent no.5 on the basis of the forged and fictitious document has obtained recognition to run Junior High School.
Having regard to the facts of this case, we do want to interfere into the merit of the case. Suffice to say that the petitioner has made a complaint to the District Magistrate, Annexure-12 to the writ petition, it may be considered by the respondent no.2 after obtaining comment from the respondent no.3 and after furnishing an opportunity of hearing to the respondent no.5.
Sri B.P.Singh, Advocate has put in appearance on behalf of respondent no.3. Learned Standing Counsel has accepted notice on behalf of respondent nos. 1 and 2.
In view of the proposed order, we are not issuing notice to respondent nos. 4 and 5 as their interest would be protected.
The writ petition is disposed of.
