JUDGMENT / ORDER

of delivery dated 17.11.2017. For petitioner : Mr.M.Gnanasekar ORDER:
The petitioner has filed an application under Order XXI Rule 26 (1) r/w Section 151 of the Civil Procedure Code for staying the operation of delivery dated 18.03.2015 passed in EP.No.7 of 2014 till furnishing the order copy before executing the same. On 06.10.2017, the court below has recorded that there is no representation, already sufficient time was granted for enquiry. The petitioner has filed the revision before this Court and the same has become infructuous. In the light of the above, the application has been dismissed. Hence, the petitioner has filed the present Civil Revision Petition before this Court.
2. At this stage, this Court is not inclined to entertain the Civil Revision Petition. However, it is for the petitioner to file an appropriate application before the trial court, if permissible under law, seek for review of the order dated 06.10.2017.
3. The Civil Revision Petition is dismissed with above observations. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No costs.
