JUDGMENT / ORDER

No representation on behalf of the petitioner as well as the respondents. Even in the last two hearings, namely on 23.12.2016 and on 12.01.2017 there was no representation on behalf of the
M.V.MURALIDARAN.J.,
vs petitioner. Due to continuous absence on the side of the petitioner, the case was directed to be listed today (24.01.2017) under the caption "for dismissal". Even today, when the case is listed under the caption "for dismissal", there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner and also the respondents.
2.Therefore, it is made clear that the petitioner is not interested to proceed the case. Hence, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed for default. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
