In pursuance to the order dated 6.9.2018 passed by this Court, Standing Counsel has received instructions and has handed over a copy of the same to the Court which is taken on record.
On the basis of the said instructions, the Standing Counsel has stated that notice dated 15.9.2018 has been issued to the persons found to have illegally occupied the Gaon Sabha plots wherein the said persons have been directed to vacate the Gaon Sabha plots within a period of one week.
Put up again as fresh on 28.9.2018 on which date the Standing Counsel shall inform the Court about the progress made in removing the encroachments over the Gaon Sabha plots.
