Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record.
After arguing at some length, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he does not want to press this writ petition, so the same may be dismissed as not pressed with liberty to the petitioner to approach appropriate Court against the impugned order under challenge in the present writ petition.
Learned Standing Counsel has no objection to the above said prayer.
For the foregoing reasons, the writ petition. is dismissed as not pressed with the aforesaid liberty.
Office is directed to supply the certified copy of impugned order under challenge in the writ petition to learned counsel for the petitioner after replacing it by photo-State, as prayed.
