The prayer in the writ petition is as follows:-
"A. By a writ of Mandamus the Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the Respondents to hold free and free election of Zila Panchayat Adhyaksh to be held on 3rd July 2021 and ensure that no pressure tactics are adopted by any Authority or person or Administration in the in the right of the petitioner and other voters to exercise their right of franchise in favor of any suitable candidate as per his or her own wishes and maintain impartial election."
As the election of Zila Panchayat has been concluded, the writ petition is rendered infructuous.
Dismissed as infructuous.
