Heard Sri Varun Dev Sharma, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Baleshwar Chaturvedi, learned counsel for the respondent no.2.
Learned counsel for the petitioner states that against the provisional assessment order dated 11.11.2018, the petitioner has filed an objection before the respondent no.2, which is still pending.
In view of the above, the respondent no.2 is directed to decide the objection of the petitioner in accordance with law by way of a speaking order within next 15 days.
For a period of 15 days or till the objection of the petitioner is decided, whichever is earlier, no coercive action may be taken against the petitioner.
The Writ Petition is disposed of as above. No costs.
A copy of this order be given to Sri Baleshwar Chaturvedi, learned Counsel for the respondent no.2 within 24 hours for communication and compliance.
