The sole prayer of the petitioners is that the Suit No.400 of 2017 (Smt. Nasreen Bano & Ors. Vs. Shiv Pujan & Ors.) under section 34 of the U.P. Land Revenue Act, 1901 pending in the Court of Tehsildar, Tehsil Phoolpur, District Allahabad may be decided expeditiously.
It is, therefore, directed that the Suit No.400 of 2017 (Smt. Nasreen Bano & Ors. Vs. Shiv Pujan & Ors.) be decided within a period of three months from the date of presentation of a certified copy of this order, if there is no other legal impediment.
The writ petition is, accordingly, disposed of.
