Heard learned counsel for the respondent and perused the record.
By means of the present writ petition, petitioner has sought following relief:
" To, issue a writ, order or direction in the nature mandamus directing the respondents to transfer the lease hold regular of the said shop in the name of petitioner and respondents be restrain from dispossession the petitioner from shop no. 3 situate near booking window Railway Station Ghaziabad and restore the electric supply of the said shop.
Having gone through the entire writ petition, we do not find any ground entitling the petitioner for grant of any of above relief. No interference, therefore, is called for.
Dismissed.
Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
