Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned AGA.
The applicant has approached this Court assailing the proceedings against the applicant in Case No.201/98, Under Section 14(1) of Child Labour (prohibition and Regulation) Act 1986 pending before the court of Chief Judicial Magistrate/ Civil Judge (Junior Division), Firozabad, State Vs. Nasiruddin.
It is sought to be urged by learned counsel for the applicant that child labour as alleged in the complaint was not found from the premises of the applicant The argument advanced by learned counsel for the applicant is purely factual, which cannot be gone into in proceedings under section 482 Cr.P.C. at this stage.
Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
The application is, accordingly, dismissed.
Registrar General is directed to send copy of this order to the trial court for information and further proceeding.
