Nasir vs State

Having considered the submissions advanced by party-in-person, so also by Mr. Vyas, learned Special PP for the respondent-State and considering the reason assigned in the application for the temporary bail and more particularly considering the fact that the form of the daughter of the applicant has already been filled in the requiring institution, this Court is of the opinion that no case is made out for temporary bail and the application, therefore, stands dismissed.
