JUDGMENT / ORDER

J.K. Shah, learned APP, has placed on record a communication dated 07.10.2010, whereby the RESTRICTION under Section 268 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, qua the present petitioner and other similarly situated persons has been REMOVED.
2. In above view of the matter, there is no need to pass any further order. This petition is disposed of as having become infructuous. Rule is discharged.
3. This order shall be COMMUNICATED to the petitioner by the Registry.
