JUDGMENT / ORDER

Rule.
MR.Vyas, learned Special Public Prosecutor waives service of Rule for the respondent-State.
The instant application is filed seeking temporary bail for further period of 30 days in connection with FIR being I- C.R. No.252/2009 registered with Odhav Police Station, District:Ahmedabad regarding the offences punishable under Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code etc.
Having considered the submissions advanced by Party-in-Person, so also considering the earlier order dated 17.05.2012, passed in Criminal Misc. Application No.6863 of 2012, medical papers attached with this application and considering the submissions advanced by Mr.Vyas, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent-State, this Court is of the opinion that the application deserves to be partly allowed.
For the foregoing reasons, the application is partly allowed and the temporary bail order passed on 17.05.2012 in Criminal Misc. Application No.6863 of 2012 is further extended for the period of Two weeks here of on the same terms and conditions. Upon completion of period of temporary bail, the applicant shall immediately surrender before the jail authority.
Application stands disposed of. Rule made absolute accordingly. Direct service is permitted.
