Heard Sri Tarun Jha, learned counsel for the applicant as well as learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the material available on record.
The present application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed for quashing the entire proceedings of Case No. 647 of 2020 (State vs. Nasir Shah and others), arising out of Case Crime No. 9 of 2020, under Sections 323, 504, 506 of IPC, Police Station- Dakor, District- Jalaun, pending in the court of Judicial Magistrate, Jalaun at Orai as well as the impugned charge-sheet dated 14.03.2020 and cognizance order dated 03.11.2020 on the basis of compromise dated 20.07.2021.
Learned counsel for the applicant has stated that a compromise has been entered between the parties as the both sections are compoundable.
There is no requirement of any order from this Court in this regard. However, the applicant is at liberty to move an application for compromise within 15 days from today before competent court who shall pass appropriate orders in accordance with law considering the factum of compromise as early as possible.
With the aforesaid observation, this application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is disposed of finally.
