JUDGMENT / ORDER

Heard learned counsel for the revisionist and learned counsel for the opposite party.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the opposite party that decree dated 6.4.2004 passed in suit no. 5/2000 Shree Ram Rawat vs. Sri Nasir Khan has been executed, as such, this revision becomes infructuous.
Learned counsel for the revisionist submitted that he has no particular knowledge about the execution of above decree but if the decree has been executed, still he has option to exercise right of re-entry after passing of the order in his favour.
Prior to proceed further, I think it will be appropriate to get the correct status of the property.
Learned counsel for the opposite party will submit this fact i.e. execution of the decree on affidavit within three weeks and after receiving the copy of affidavit filed by the learned counsel for the opposite party, learned counsel for the revisionist may file counter affidavit of that affidavit within two weeks thereafter.
